Morning lessons: VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is where your movements are synchronized with your breath from one pose to another. No matter what level you are , it can be practiced by anyone. This style of yoga can help improve overall strength, flexibility,coordination and balance. It will give you the opportunity to start the day with the energy it deserves.
Afternoon lessons: YIN YOGA – RESTORATIVE YOGA
Yin Yoga focuses on stretching and thereby rejuvenating the connective tissues, ligaments, tendons, joints, keeping the body flexible, fluid and with the ability to go through a wide range of movements. Ideal to practice in the afternoon of after the surf.
